At Happy Mindz, reading begins long before a child reads their first word.
It begins with a story shared together. A rhyme repeated for the tenth time. A favourite character. A new word. A picture that prompts a question.

Books are part of everyday life here, helping children develop communication, language, imagination and confidence while discovering the simple joy of getting lost in a story.
We want children to leave us ready for school, but more importantly, we want them to leave us loving books.

The Happy Mindz team is led by owners Shane and Claire, both of whom are qualified teachers with more than 40 years of combined experience.Â

Their expertise to shapes the way we care for children, support our team and think about learning. We are a small team of practitioners, all of whom are highly trained, committed and, importantly, people who know our children well.
