Outside Play Area
Our well-equipped, fully enclosed outdoor play area allows children’s learning to continue outside.
They are able to make dens, build cities, or play with water and sand. Picnics and tea parties or sitting and reading can all be done in our cosy outdoor shaded area.
Happy Mindz encourages the children to do mark making or observe themselves in convex mirrors. We promote their independent learning in this safe and stimulating environment.
Discovers' Room
Babies (3 months to approximately 16 months to 2 years) have the benefit of a bright and open plan room w Staff cater for their individual requirements.
Each baby is encouraged to develop through creative and sensory activities.
Babies enjoy activities structured around their changing interests.
We operate a 1:3 ratio in the Discoverers, Room
Provision for our 2 to 5 year olds is within our Explorers and Inventors Rooms.
The room is staffed by 2 qualified teachers ,a qualified NNEB Nursery Nurse, A Level 3 Early Years Educator , and Nursery Assistant.
Explorers and Inventors
Explorers and Inventors areas have been designed to help children in developing in the key areas of EYFS.
The rooms benefit from a creative area for messy play, a home corner, a reading corner and a free play area to allow them to participate in a well-structured day which helps prepare them for primary school.
In addition it has access to toilets and sinks to help foster independence and our Explorers and Inventors space is managed by a trained Early Years teacher.
